Travel Assistance
Me and My Space offers Travel and Transport Assistance as part of a comprehensive range of services for NDIS participants, rather than as a standalone service. Participants typically access funding through the NDIS for transport assistance if they face significant challenges using public transport due to their disability. Travel assistance provided by Me and My Space enables participants to accomplish daily tasks and fulfill their need for an independent and sustainable lifestyle.
Our services aim to enhance your daily living experience, including:
- Grocery shopping with the assistance of a Support Worker
- Collecting prescriptions from your local chemist
- Attending scheduled appointments
- Engaging with your community by participating in events, groups, or clubs
- Enjoying recreational activities such as visiting the park or library
